Grandpa and Nana visit

So I am a little behind.. yes, I know!! I will try harder to keep up over the next week.

My parents came to visit the week after my in-laws left. I was so nice having them in town as well! Carson was still out of school so we were able to fill our days with fun things to do.

While they were here we went to Disney twice  (Animal Kingdom and The Magic Kingdom), we went to Sea World and we went to the Orlando Science Center. It was a VERY busy week but we all had a great time!

Glammy and Grandpa come to visit

Here are a few pictures from when Glammy and Grandpa (Jason's parents) came to visit for Christmas. Most of the pictures I took while they were here were on Christmas or Christmas related but we did do some other things too! :) 

We checked out downtown Winter Park. They are adding on to the Amtrak station. The boys LOVE watching the diggers and the construction workers.

 We went on the scenic boat tour. It's an hour long tour of the four made made lake around winter park. It was fun to hear the history behind some of the scenic "landmarks" around the area. 

 Darlene not only bought me a sewing machine, she also taught me how to sew! 

Virginia Tech had a pretty bad football season this year BUT they did get to play in a bowl game. We were lucky and the bowl game was here in Orlando, while Jason's parents were here. The bands had a parade the day of the bowl game through downtown Winter Park, so we all went down to watch. 

It was a fun week!! We can't wait for them to come back for another visit!!
